What are your paper options? 

All our albums are printed on FUJI CRYSTAL ARCHIVE DPII SILK.This silver halide colour paper is specially designed for professional use. It offers the widest colour gamut, maximum density for deep blacks and excellent colour saturation.

How do I personalise the cover?

Our Dolomiti and Selfoss cover materials work the best with laser engraving. You can customise the cover in our build in customisation tool, either by adding text or uploading your own design.

What's the difference between a spread and a page?

1 spread = 2 pages. Our albums come with minimum 10 spreads ( 20 pages ) and maximum 50 spreads ( 100 pages )

I don't own album design software. Can I design the album in Photoshop?

Yes, here are the sizes you need. Please remember we only use .jpgs for spreads.

Turn around and delivery.

We aim for the albums to be on the way to you within 5-7 working days. We ship worldwide with UPS.

I'm in UK, will I have to pay extra tax or duty fees? 

No. We prepay all fees to our shipping partners, so you should not have to pay anything when your parcel arrives in UK.

Are you sending albums with paper invoices inside the package? 

No. We send the albums out without any paperwork inside, and you download the invoice from our website. If your album is going directly to the clients, the tracking number will show that it's coming from "WB".

My album arrived damaged, who do I need to speak to? 

If there's a problem with your album, the best ( and only ) to let us know is by sending an email to hello@woodenbanana.com with your order number, description of the problem and some images if possible.
