What material are the boxes made from?

All our boxes are made from alder wood, which means very high quality and perfect engraving. We only use timber sourced with accordance to FSC regulations.

How do I personalise the box?

We use laser engraving for personalisation, which means your logo or text will be the colour of burned wood. All you have to do it is email the file with your design to hello@woodenbanana.com after finalising the order. We work with most file types.

How do you post the boxes?

The boxes are posted in plastic free packaging, and each box comes in it's own cardboard box ( even for bundle orders ), which means you can re-use our packaging when shipping final product to your clients.

Do you offer samples?

We don't offer free samples, but you can order a single box here, and it will be a fully working product ( no Wooden Banana branding ).

Turn around and delivery.

The turn around for boxes is 10-15 days, but quite often we're much quicker.

I'm in UK, will I have to pay extra tax or duty fees? 

No. We prepay all fees to our shipping partners, so you should not have to pay anything when your parcel arrives in UK.

Are you sending boxes with paper invoices inside the package?

No. We send the boxes out without any paperwork inside, and you download the invoice from our website. If your album is going directly to the clients, the tracking number will show that it's coming from "WB".

What's your return policy?

Our products are made to order and customised, that's why we only accept returns or exchange requests if they arrive damaged.
