How does it work?
The process is simple. All you need to do is pick up the item you like, add it to the basket and finalise the payment in the checkout. You’ll receive the order number straight away.
How do I submit my logo or other files for personalization?
Once you make a purchase just simply drop us an email with your files to hello@woodenbanana.com together with your order number. We accept jpg, pdf and vector files.
How long is the turn around time?
Most of the items are shipped within 10-15 working days ( from the moment we receive the files ), usually quicker.

You don’t have the size or the type of box I need. Can you make one for me?
Of course. We can make the boxes to suit any needs. Just remember we sell them in bundles, so the minimum order is 20
I’m not from UK, is that a problem?
Absolutely not. We ship to Europe, USA, Canada or even as far as Australia. If you’re based in Asia or Africa, please contact us before making the purchase.
