If there’s a problem with your order, you’ll need to fill out the claims form — it’s the only way we process complaints or issues.
Please include:

– Clear photos showing the problem
– Your order number
Once submitted, we’ll review it as quickly as possible and offer a solution — whether that’s a reprint, refund, or replacement. We’re here to help, but we can only do that through the form.
